Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Fruita, directly across from the Colorado NationalMonument, with easy day trips to Arches National Park and Glenwood Springs and more. The house was clean, beds super comfy and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals.

Summary: Nice, new/under construction neighborhood, quiet during non-construction hours, well stocked kitchen, comfortable seating arrangements, medium-firm master bed, soft twin beds, large smart tv in main area, several ceiling fans, one car garage, nice views in every direction. No shampoo or conditioner was provided, otherwise it was perfect!

Summary: Truly surpassed our expectations- easy to find- impeccably clean- everything organized down to the sandwich bags- extra towels, toothpaste, even tampons! So impressed by the attention to detail and making everything so easy and seamless. About 5 min from downtown and 20 minutes from kessel biking area. Here for a trail race with two couples and all of us loved this spot!
