Come experience a cozy, modernized 1900 home located in the growing and gritty mixed commercial/residential community in downtown Grand Junction, just blocks away from the Riverfront and Las Colonias Park. The house, a.k.a 805, sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning facility, Ridgeline Fitness. If you are interested in learning more reach out to us!
805 was built in 1900!!!! We've modernized while preserving it's historical charm. Enjoy curling up in cozy bedrooms, one with its own infrared sauna. Then you can hang out in the main room equipped with 55" 4K Smart TV with Sonos surround sound and log into your favorite streaming service (Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, etc) to enjoy music sipping a local beverage in front of the picture window or relax by watching your favorite movie. We (often) have beer on tap in our kitchen kegerator from local Monumental Beer Works and more importantly purified reverse osmosis water to hydrate your Grand Valley adventures.
805 is the building on the property that sits closest to South Avenue, and guests typically access the home from the front door, which faces guest parking on South Avenue. Follow a concrete sidewalk to the front door. There is a motion detecting light to provide a well lit path after dark to the house. There is a security camera both at the front door and the back door of the house for safety. There are NO CAMERAS in the house. Please note that there are three stairs up to the front porch and three stairs up to the rear of the house, thus guests will need to be able to safely navigate a small number of stairs to access the property. There are no stairs in the home.
We have a free, dedicated parallel parking space for guests on South Avenue. There is free on the street parking on 8th street. 805 is a 5-10 minute walk to the best places on Main Street in Downtown GJ. AND bring your favorite bike! The Riverfront Trail (paved) can be accessed in 4 min by bike, and goes all the way to Fruita. Uber and Lyft are also available.
We have decorated 805 with eclectic artwork from our lives for you to enjoy during your stay! Since we don't live on the property, it's our way of sharing our experiences and personalities with you.

Summary: This property is a few blocks from downtown and it’s so cute! Extremely clean, comfortable, and very uniquely decorated. We loved it! It felt very welcoming and had everything we needed for our weekend in grand junction.

Summary: This place was a perfect location to bike from, to get to the trail. It was quite, cool (nice big shade trees), and the keg gave us 4 very nice glasses of beer. Yum. I could see making this a yearly thing!Adam the owner, was great. A little bit of of mix up on the previous guest cleanup, but a new baby was sprung into the world! So no problem, easy recovery.

Summary: Great base for exploring the area: Colorado National Monument, Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Grand Mesa area, Arches NP, and more! Very comfortable, clean, spacious, bright, attractive property! (There was local beer on tap to sample. But we didn’t try any.). We rode our bikes down a few blocks and visited the small botanical garden and then rode the Riverfront Trail towards Fruita for about 7 miles and back. Easy to ride with a few spots of nice scenery.Great stay!

Summary: Wow just Wow what a great stay! The layout is efficient, comfortable, and we felt right at home. Anything we needed or could have asked for was provided and right at our fingertips. It was great that we could do laundry as we are on a long roadtrip and the kegerator along with sauna was def a highlight. There’s a lot to do within 30 min drive featuring hiking, dining, and the Colorado National Monument. What a great host, immaculate home, and spectacular area. We look forward to staying here again!!!

Summary: My wife and I spent three nights at Adam’s place. It was even better than expected. Clean and spacious, with comfy beds, plenty of linens and a well-equipped kitchen. The sauna and full keg of Palisades Brewery beer on tap were nice bonuses!

Summary: It was a cozy place to stay for 2 nights. Close proximity to CO National Monument for hiking & Palisade for wine tasting! The house was super clean and stocked well. We were just bummed that the kegerator was out of beer during our stay! That would have really elevated the experience!
