Summary: Modern house in great location with all mod cons that are needed. Very comfortable beds and great hot tub. Close to shops and anything else that’s needed. Communication with host is almost instantaneous! Highly recommend

Summary: We stayed here for a soccer tournament at Canyon View Park and it was perfect! Walking distance to Canyon View Park, a room configuration that was great for multiple families, the bunkroom was a nice option for the kids and fun outdoor space. The owner was very responsive and pleasant to work with. A newer neighborhood and a huge green open space across the street, it was perfect for soccer kids and their parents! Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: Our party was in GJ to ride bicycles and the location of the house allows easy driving access to the Lunch Loops, Palisade Plunge, Fruita, etc. The house itself is new and accommodated our party of 3 very nicely. The house is well stocked & furnished and we had zero issues.
