Positive: I didn't have the chance of spending the night in this hotel because I chose it for a day use stay on the last day in Cairo before leaving the country. The description of the hotel is accurate and the services are basic but inline with the offer. The hotel is conveniently located and suitable for a quick visit in Cairo downtown whereas the neighborhood offers several choices of food (also national/international franchises restaurants) and shops. The staff was helpful and responding to my requests; Mai arranged private transfers from and the airports (SPX and CAI) for the whole party of 8, at a fair price. If I had to, I would probably chose it again.

Negative: in my room (one of the 2 booked) the towels were completely missing. The common areas of the building where the hotel is located (the hotel is on the 3rd floor) are dirty and smell very bad and the inner door of the elevator cabin is missing!

Negative: The add on breakfast has not much options, lots of flies inside room no separate bathroom space, its just partitioned with fiber structure, room is old, drinking water not provided (not a single bottel in two days). Actually the rooms are not likeas shown in pictures
