Positive: The hotel was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Breakfast was adequate, coffee was hot. They let us choose the room when our booked hotel was not open. They helped us with other things too.

Negative: There was no room maid service. We had to ask for TP and to throw out trash. The water didn't drain well with the shower.
