Summary: We stayed two days. A warm friendly welcome at reception. Giving all the information we needed to get about. Also confirmed our spa days and all the times. Our room was clean and comfortable with amazing views of the Clyde falls. Yea and coffee in the room and hot chocolate for night time. The beds are comfortable and the room was warm. Breakfasts were filling and served well. All the staff are friendly and attentive. Our evening meal for our anniversary was perfect with a delicious nozeco to help. The food was great and the atmosphere was just right. Our sis day started with a light meal. The soup and sandwiches were filling and the brownie and fresh raspberry was out of this world. We enjoyed the sauna and pool till time for our treatments. Both of which were tailored to our needs perfectly and that relaxing I nearly dozed off. Going back to the room we thought we would chill but ended up sleeping the night away peacefully. We enjoyed the roof top garden with beautiful view of the area. We loved this place for the relaxation and beautiful walks in and around the hotel. The spa was amazing and combined well worth the trip. Thanks guys.

Summary: Every thing great, room, staff, food, drinks. Staff are always so attentive. One complaint was being on level 5 last night right above function suite and music was absolutely booming. Could actually be heard in restaurant also but good point was they had a pianist covering that up majority of time having dinner.

Summary: Very nice hotel and very good leisure facilities food was very good the only reason I didn't give a higher rating is that the room could have been cleaner there was a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling and even more on the window outside i appreciate its not easy to get to the window outside but it was so bad i could hardly see through the window at the lovely view of the river

Summary: Fantastic stay as always. Room lovely and comfortable. Isabel is really attentive and pleasant in the restaurant as are all the staff in reception, leisure club and cleaners. Love visiting here with my mum. Its a special unique location. Highly recommend.
