Positive: Cosy and private. Interior done up to a high standard. Private balcony a bonus with solid built 2 person hot tub.
Negative: Water pressure in the shower was very poor and reduces even further at times, I suspect when water was being used in the main house. However the landlord did advise of this on arrival and said he is looking for a fix soon.

Positive: While station house is a bed and breakfast we stayed in the railway sleeper house and it was exactly what we wanted. Modern facilities, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom and living room space are one room and perfect to relax in. Great views from the balcony if you’re enjoying breakfast or in the hot-tub. It’s peaceful and mainly a quiet area. It’s about an hours drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow, the house is easy to get to and could not recommend enough. Alan, the host was amazing and a great guy, he recommended some places to go see and places to eat since it was our first time in Scotland.
