Positive: Location amazing. Our room overlooked the river, and it was so peaceful. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and staff very attentive. Lovely walks along the river. Would recommend.

Positive: The location is amazing. Stunning walk up to Cora Linn right from the hotel was a highlight. Our 6th floor room had a great view of the river & I loved sitting in the windowsill watching the water. Big comfy bed, well equipped room, nice decor, warm & friendly service.

Negative: Not much! Showers in the fitness suite were a bit weedy, room was a bit warm.

Positive: The property is beautiful, particularly the river and nearby waterfalls. It was great to have a shop, cafe and restaurant on the site. The suite we ended up with was huge!

Negative: The majority of the staff were wonderful but the lady who managed the restaurant at breakfast always seemed rushed and impatient, even when there was barely anyone there.
