Positive: This house is located in a very convenient location to get restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, and small shopping stores. The train transportation is located with a 3 minute walk. My family and I absolutely loved the location of this house. Very comfortable and host was very accommodating.

Negative: I don’t have anything to say that I didn’t like. Just need to inform anyone who may have difficulty go up a down stairs, this house can be challenging as the bedrooms are all upstairs. But overall, this was an amazing house to stay in with your family.

Positive: The location is fantastic, few minutes walk to Koenji Station. The house was very clean. Plenty of room for a group and good price for the amount of space you receive. Hosts were very responsive.

Negative: Kitchens utensils are old and of low quality - cheap plastic kettle, scratched up rice cooker, no filtered water. Downstairs is a big open space with only one heater in the living area so it was incredibly cold during my stay. Hosts are balancing many properties so it took a lot of time to communicate receiving the keys. Feel as though they should automate it and it would have been less of a headache.

Positive: I traveled here with 2 family members and this is what we liked about our stay: -The location is very quiet and convenient. A 5 min walk from Koenji station, which is 1 station away from Nakano, and a few stops away from Shinjuku. It's a great place to be close to the busy parts of Tokyo, but not actually be in it when it's time to wind down. -The bedrooms all have AC/Heater units and the beds are very comfortable. -There are 2 toilets, which are both separate from the shower room. -The kitchen is large and comes with all the cutlery, appliances, and plates you could need. -There's a washing machine -There's 2 7/11 convenience stores very very close by, like a 1 minute walk in either direction. -We enjoyed going to the grocery store in town, it's cheaper than the convenience stores and has more options for snacks and breakfast foods. Overall I think this is a great place to stay if you're traveling with a group. The hosts did a good job with communication and made sure we had everything when we arrived.

Positive: This is a really great house, one of the best I’ve stayed in! The location is perfect as the Koenji area is very popular at the moment with fashion stores and there are so many dining options within easy walking distance. There are two shopping streets minutes from the house, a 7-Eleven about one minute walk and the station is only a five minute walk. The house itself is lovely, with plenty of light but also blackout curtains so we could sleep in. The beds were very comfortable and it had all the amenities we needed - full kitchen with rice cooker, toaster, tea, and coffee, and a comfy couch with a big TV. Also two toilets which is a rarity in Tokyo and a lifesaver with a family!! We'll definitely stay here again if we get the chance.
