Summary: Property was very nice, but 4 cups and a 4 cup coffee pot and some silverware for 6 with no cooking utensils or butter knives made it a struggle for 7 of us and all coffee drinkers. I will send a list of all missing items to the owner, and he has been very accommodating so far, but if you fill all 4 bedrooms you will be very short and if you have coffee drinkers, then better check before booking. Complimentary water upon arrival was WONDERFUL! Master shower door looked used and not cleaned, center bath sink top had spots and a dirty earplug by one of the beds made us question how good the cleaners were but overall looked nice! It was my granddaughter's wedding who lives just around the corner so was very convenient for us and the wedding was at the Oasis, so close by! booking information has been changed now, but start with the max you expect because if you add people there is an extra charge! I doubt they give you a refund if you have fewer people though, so is very difficult!!

Summary: Very clean, quiet neighborhood, key to the outdoor community pool if you would desire. The owner seems to be just starting out in the rental business and of course wants to succeed. There were basic items that I will contact the owner off screen to obtain before the next guests ex: we had to use the fork handle to spread butter, no toaster etc. Easy fixes for success in the future.

Summary: Very clean. House was much bigger than expected, four bedrooms an office and three full bathrooms. Nice neighborhood. Very close to community pool playground and basketball court. Located within a mile of i-10 made it very convienent.
