Summary: House was very very nice. It was 8 people in my group and we all fit comfortably. Perfect wooded quiet location. House was very very clean with a supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Beds and linen were very comfortable. House host was wonderful to communicate with quick responses. Everything in the house was functional, nothing was broken. We loved The Hamptons and the experience to stay here ! and

Summary: We had two families stay here for a week (4 adults/4 kids) and we had a great time. House was exactly as advertised and had plenty of room for the kids to run around and enjoy the pool. It is a little far from the ocean beaches and getting into town, but overalll we had a fantastic week. Would highly recommend.

Summary: House was perfect for my family, 6 adults, two infants. Spacious, clean, great pool and outdoor space. Ran into a couple of issues but after a brief call with the owner, these were quickly resolved. Location worked great, proximate to Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor,. We definitely would rent again.

Summary: We loved the amenities, pool and location. We enjoyed using the pool and visited Coopers Beach. We dined out in Sag Harbor and South Hampton. Geoff was a great host and very accessible for any questions. The house was very clean and featured fine linens and top of the line beautiful touches. We highly recommend this rental!
