Enjoy this charming 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, dutch colonial farm house with NEWLY RENOVATED POOL HOUSE, complete kitchen, pantry, living room, dining room, sun room, covered front porch, 3 mahogany decks, pool and spa. Second floor Master bedroom includes en-suite bathroom and private, furnished, shaded awning deck overlooking farm fields. Second floor has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin size beds. Front porch includes swing and Adirondack chairs. Newly constructed pool house includes additional bathroom equipped with steam shower. Salt water, heated, fiberglass pool is 14'x32'. Large pool area ideal for outdoor grilling, dining and lounging. Also child friendly as spa waterfalls into pool and has mahogany ledge on all sides. (Note: spa is not separately heated). Queen size, pull out sofa is located on the first floor. Home is located on a working farm and vineyard and overlooks 40 acres of open space. 2.7 miles to beach and village. Farm stands, restaurants and coffee shop near by.

Summary: Vivian and David are spectacular. The property is set on their farm adjacent to Corwith Farms and is amazing. Very quiet and serene yet set right in the middle of Watermill and easy access to SH, EH, and Sag all 10-15 minutes away. The pool is adult and kid friendly. The owners are BEYOND helpful with anything you need and go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Can't wait to book again!

Summary: I had rented the Farm house for Labor Day weekend for my family. This included 6 adults and two babies (9 month and 1.5 yrs). The house gave us more than enough space due to the layout of the home. The house was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Essentially 15-20 minutes drive to everything from the beach, South Hampton, Sag Harbor, Vineyard/Wineries, etc. All the home had everything you needed to make your coffee and breakfast in the morning but having Hampton Coffee Co just a short drive and bike ride away was perfect start to the morning. Dave and Vivian are the perfect owners and were there to great us and make sure we were all settled in. They even offered us their car to take to the beach since it had all the necessary permits. We LOVED the pool area and front porch. Spent many hours hanging out on the bench swing on the front porch enjoying some wine looking out over the farm. Would definitely recommend this rental and would love to come back!

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely farmhouse that sat in the middle of a gorgeous farm setting. The surrounding flowers and peaceful fields was a wonderful contrast to the busy streets of the Hamptons. The host was generous with his home and was always willing to do whatever we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Summary: My family of five stayed in this beautiful home overlooking stunning farmland in Watermill. The home is very clean and comfortable with lovely furnishings, a well-stocked kitchen and all the amenities you would need for a holiday stay. The pool area is also very pleasant, with lovely views, nice furnishings, pool toys and shaded areas. There is also plenty of grass for the kids to run around and a lovely shaded porch for relaxing. Residents can also take advantage of the farm stand on the property with fabulous fresh vegetables. The owner, Dave, was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the location of the property as it was not only close to the beach but also close to Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, and Southampton.

Summary: We stayed here over a long weekend with 2 other couples and couldn't have asked for a better home. David made sure the place was perfect before we arrived and outfitted the home with everything we would need, he even brought us some of his family wine! We had plenty of space in the home for 6 people and the pool time was amazing. Very centrally located and easy to get around. We will definitely be staying here again and we would recommend this home to anyone.
