Welcome to your dream vacation The spacious property can comfortably sleep up to 10-12 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or large groups of friends. Each apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy retreat after a day of adventure.
The downstairs boasts a “complete mother-in-law” suite. Space comes with a brand new kitchenette, living area /full bathroom & queen bed. outside the back door is a covered porch overlooking the private backyard. We have an outdoor fan and an outdoor shower to keep you cool. Large propane grill provided and also propane tank. Renters will need to purchase their own propane, which is conveniently located at blue Marlon grocery store down the street.
The main living area upstairs space has been designed to comfortably fit the rest of your group. There is a full size kitchen with all the appliances for cooking and entertaining. Open concept with dining and living room. Large L-shaped couch (with built in queen bed) for easy seating for all. There are two bedrooms that share a jack and Jill full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a new queen size bed. The second bedroom has two bunkbeds that contain one full and three twin beds.
Each room has their own remote controlled air conditioning, to keep every guest satisfied.
We have a Keurig coffee, pot and fresh brew coffee pot to satisfy every guest Features include a private back yard, outdoor covered porches, offering the perfect blend of comWith brand new furniture and state-of-the-art appliances, you'll enjoy all the modern conveniences in a stylish setting. We also have beach supplies as well as a couple of beach chairs. Please note the dumb waiter is not For Rental use unless you’re staying 30 days or longer. Please do not climb on it.

Summary: It was a nice home however, we had a bad experience we had plumbing issues since day one. They did went out there to fixed it however, it was not resolved completely and we were using the restroom at the nearest store. I was supposed to be a nice a calm vacation but having kids and plumbing issues was not a good experience. I ended up renting a hotel room for one night to be able to shower and for my kids to use the restroom.
