Negative: That we had to pay $260 for a 6 lb kennel trained chi-weenie dog.

Positive: Great location. House had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful.

Negative: House shows significant wear from being a rental. It needs some maintenance and updating. House has lots of potential. It would also be nice to add some additional decorations inside the home. That would make it more appealing.
