Positive: Clean, easy access, and secure parking. Comfortable and homely. Fantastic arrival information - friendly, helpful, and thoughtful.

Negative: Didn't dislike anything. Location was a little uninspiring, but that's nothing to do with the property itself and the hosts.

Summary: Alp was great and provided a very pleasant stay. Clean, comfortable and ideal for a quick stay.

Positive: Alp is an exceptional host. There were a few things that needed sorting and he made sure they were all sorted and he responded above and beyond any other host I've ever had. The accommodation is in the perfect place to being close to the NEC and it really did feel like a home from home. I had the place to myself so I had the choice of two bedrooms and the lounge was really cosy with a MASSIVE TV and a really handy kitchen with everything you would need - crockery, pans, mugs, microwave and oven. The decor is nice and well thought out. The Fish and Chip shop is perfectly placed and the neighbours are friendly. Be aware the apartment is in a large council estate and yes the occasional youth on a motorbike will be driving around at night, but it's East Birmingham and to be expected as it would be in any city suburb. But I felt totally safe and the locked car park and the nice neighbours made me feel absolutely fine as a woman on her own. I would highly recommend this property. Just bring earplugs for the very occasional motorbike!

Negative: Very little. It just needs a bit of an in-depth clean and the cleaner needs to remove the items previous guests have left behind. But Alp sorted pretty much everything that needed sorting so I can't see there being any problems.
