Private deck with views of Avila Beach and San Luis Bay. King bed in the primary bedroom, and a Queen bed in the second bedroom. Living Room is equipped with TV, wireless internet, Queen sofa sleeper or air-bed, whichever you prefer, for additional sleeping in the living room. Washer and dryer on-site. Dining Room has circular dining table for 6 plus 2 bar stools. No BBQ.

Summary: This was our first time visiting Avila Beach. The property was great! The view from the front balcony was beautiful and we made sure to sit outside and just take in the view, the sound of the waves and the fresh air. The location was only a block away from the beach and having access to the garage for parking made it less stressful. The unit was upstairs and had plenty of room for our entire family. We were close enough to have our daughter who attends CP SLO come and stay with us for the short weekend. Will definitely book agin in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
