This new stylish townhouse is the perfect stay for group trips. With 3 bedrooms, a bonus room, and 2 1/2 baths, fully fenced with an outdoor fire pit and BBQ, you are minutes away from all the best biking, hiking, skiing, and wineries around. Experience Grand Junction's finest, with a cozy backyard and stunning city views conveniently located to all the attractions that the city has to offer. Only a few minutes from downtown, Colorado River, shopping, summer concerts, restaurants, and breweries.
The space
The townhome features an open space living room and kitchen, a primary bedroom, with a suite bathroom, a laundry room, and a 1/2 bathroom on the main level. Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms, an entertainment/office, and a full bathroom. The primary room and one bedroom upstairs have a queen size bed. The third bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed and the entertainment room has a futon. Plenty of room for everyone.
Guest access
You will have the entire home to yourself. We have an attached garage for your bikes, kayaks, skis, fishing pole, or other small items to store. We do not allow vehicle parking in the garage. There are two parking spots in the driveway in front of the garage. We offer a keyless entry with a secure access code for your stay.

Summary: Lovely house with lots of rooms to spread out, seemed very new. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, towels were plentiful & soft. Small snacks of local chocolates were a hit. We were able to stream a few of the TV apps without using our own logins which was nice.

Summary: Easily the cleanest and nicest VRBO I have stayed in. Kitchen, grill, bedrooms, bathrooms, washing machine all top notch. Having a super clean garage for gear was a bonus. Neighborhood was safe, secure and quiet. Should be coming back to Grand Junction next year. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else.
