Positive: Very clean, property manager was immediately available when I called and we couldn’t get in. We arrived after dark, the property was hard to find, and no light on.

Negative: The outside of the property is pretty run down

Summary: Appreciated the cleanliness of the inside, but outside not in great shape

Positive: It was a lot more space for the same amount as a hotel suite. I loved that I could cook for my family and we didn't have to eat out the whole time. We were visiting family, and there was enough room for them to come see us and spend time there. All the kids had space to spread out a little, and my daughter even found a book to read in their selection of books in the living room.

Negative: I had a hard time figuring out the air conditioning set up- it's a little different than what we're used to. The driveway can be hard to find also, but nothing terrible!

Positive: The interior was very clean. Updated kitchen cabinets and new counters.

Negative: Seems the property is in the middle of a remodel/updating. No blinds on one side of street facing windows. The exterior definitely needs cleaned and repairs made. Had trouble locking the door. Perhaps deadbolt is a poor fit? Horrific odor when opening the dishwasher.

Positive: We loved the location, which was very close to amenities. We also loved that there were enough beds for all of us to have our own rooms and places to sleep. It was comfortable and spacious, and the area seemed safe.

Negative: The yard needs a lot of work. Our dog didn't really want to go outside because there was no grass. Even if there is fake grass in a dog area, it would be better than what is there now. However, this really didn't detract from our stay much.

Summary: Great place and we will definitely book again!
