Positive: I would like to share my experience and how I felt during my stay at Nerly's Panorama Bukit Lawang. I came to Bukit Lawang simply to escape the stress and busy routine of everyday life. Staying at Nerly's Panorama turned out to be one of the best experiences of my trip. I felt incredibly lucky to stay in such a beautiful place. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the stunning landscape stretching all the way to Mount Sinabung, and every morning I enjoyed a beautiful sunrise right from the property. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what I was looking for. What made my stay even more special was the warmth and kindness of the people there. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Dickyes, the owner, was always happy to help with any plans or activities in Bukit Lawang. He genuinely cares about his guests and does everything he can to make their stay enjoyable and memorable. I feel very fortunate to have met such wonderful people. I also joined a jungle trekking adventure, and wow—it was truly unforgettable! Spending a day in the rainforest with our guide, Rendy, was an amazing experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trek both fun and exciting. The team also helped me capture some incredible photos with the orangutans, memories that I will treasure forever. Having lunch in the middle of the jungle was a unique experience, and the rafting trip back to the village was so much fun. It was the perfect ending to an incredible day in the rainforest. I highly recommend Nerly's Panorama to anyone visiting Bukit Lawang. If you are looking for spectacular views, genuine hospitality, and unforgettable adventures, this is the perfect place to stay. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories. I hope to return again someday!

Positive: The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast included (banana pancakes). But it is quite outside the village, so ve sure to remember sport you have to turn left, otherwise you’ll going around in circles under the rain (as I did)

Positive: I stayed two nights at Nerli’s after my trek and it was such a lovey, peaceful stay! Location is great as it is in a quiet area with gorgeous gardens, but still only a short 5-7 min walk into the village for food and shops! The staff are lovey and accommodating. The bed is HUGE, has a good shower and the bathroom layout is good ( doesn’t get the toilet wet when you shower 🙌🏼🙌🏼). Theres AC also! Over all would recommend if you are looking for a nicer place to stay before or after your trek!!

Positive: The place is beautifull and the staff were really nice. We had a problem when we arrived because it's confusing the description in Booking, but the worst thing was that the hotel didn't have internet at all. But they solved it, gaving us a hotspot phone, which worked perfectly. On the other hand, the breakfast was really bad, they don't cook there, so they bought it in a different place and it was cold. It was only cold mashed potatoes without any egg or fruits on the side, and they made a really awful coffee, imposible to drink. Also, the rooms are really close and the other guests were really noisy, so they woke up at 6 am because of the noise. I think it's a beautifull place with nice staff, but these things need to be improved.

Negative: The breakfast was awfull, and the guests were really noisy. They didn't have internet depite the fact that they claim to have listed in Booking

Positive: We had a super nice stay at Nerlys! The View out of our room was amazing, we could sit at our balcony and watch the sunrise😍 amazing! There was no WiFi, what we enjoyed very much, cause we really calm down and get out of reach for all the annoying stuff from home.☺️🙈 Also you can reach the "center"of bukit Lawang in only 5min by feet. Our room and our bed were really big, and the ac worked well. The only point we don't enjoy so much, is that there is no hot shower.🙈 But it's really warm all day, so I guess the most person won't miss that. And the best point: We did an amazing Jungle Trip over 3 Days with Jhony and Toni. We saw all the cool animals: Orang-Utan, Gibbons, Thomas Leaf Monkeys, Hornbills and may different Birds and Gekkos. Walking through the Jungle feels really magical. Everywhere around you flying Butterflies, at night in the camp the fireflys start to shine in the darkness of the trees and you can see thousands of stars.

Positive: Everything ! Romy pick me up in the bus stop and bring me to the hotel, the room was huge, the matress comfortable and the views ... Speechless. I think u can ask for hot water cause they offer me but i rejected, the weather is super hot and i was so grateful to get warm water. The breakfast was hamble but enough for me, they made vegetarian dish for me. I strongly recomend this new acomodation.
