Positive: What an absolute gem. Beautiful view, spacious, nicely decorated. Outdoor dining area. And great touches: wine, fruit, water, umbrella and chairs, mosquito repellant. Great location, very close to Paradise beach. This place deserves more than 10 out of 10!

Positive: An excellent spotless and beautifully appointed property in a great location, wonderful views of the bay. Panos and his wife were attentive hosts and had provided everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

Positive: The location in Agia Affimia is great for traveling in Kefalunia. The village is nice. The house is very well equipped, spotless, and pleasant . The house is facing the sea, has a nice balcony and a garden with an amazing view. The owners are very welcoming and helpful, and it was nice to have fruits and more on arrival and a farewell present.
Negative: The house is very pleasant but the bedroom and the shower are small. The The house is uphill,the road to the house is steep, and from the parking to the house, there are stairs . For us, it wasn't a problem at all, but walking all the way up is challenging..

Positive: It was perfect! PERFECT! First of all, Panos is great host, friendly, helpful, all recommendations he gave us were 100% great. The house: very very clean, cosy, comfortable, well equipped, you will have everything you need, even more. We got a welcome gift, fruits and wine. Also there was some food in the fridge - eggs, jam, butter etc. But the best part of the house for me was the garden and the view, sunrises and sunsets, sea view just amazing! And it’s so quit! There is cute cat Coconut, he was great companion for us :) Location is ideal, Agia Efimia is a cute village, close to all attractions, easy to get everywhere. At the end we got goodbye gift, it was so nice! If you search for perfect stay in Kefalonia, don’t think twice! Its the best place there to stay!

We were warmly greeted with a thoughtful welcome gift upon arrival at Nerea and even received a **kind goodbye gift**when left — such a personal and generous touch. The Nerea accommodation was very comfortable and had everything needed including a fully equipped kitchen,which was perfect for preparing meals during our stay. One of the highlights was the amazing garden— a peaceful, beautifully maintained space that made it easy to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. The location is excellent for anyone seeking peace and quiet,nestled in a scenic hilly mountain area,it's perfect for long walks, nature lovers, and those looking to disconnect from the busyness of everyday life.
