Positive: Spacious, clean and comfortable with good terrace for sitting outside. Lovely view.

Negative: Would have been really lovely to have had a couple of sun loungers on the terrace. Climb back up hill was okay but had elderly relative who was unable to do the walk.

Positive: The location was excellent with superb views of the valley, town and harbour, which you could view from either an ample terrace with outdoor furniture , loungers, Pizza oven & BBQ which were accessed from the bedrooms, or one of the two balconies from the living/dining room. All had awnings for shade. The house was nicely furnished with all facilities you would need provided for.

Negative: Nothing much. Maybe a high bracket for the shower head?

Summary: Great place ,Very relaxing ,Nice Port/Town (Agia Effimia). Plenty of restaruants and bars.

Positive: Spacious 2 bedroom house with a great sea view. 2 balconies and a large terrace with chairs, tables, sun loungers and brick barbecue. Always able to be in the sun or the shade depending on your preference. Friendly and welcoming host, welcome pack on arrival and met us at the house even though our flight was delayed and it was past midnight. We asked if there were sun loungers and the next day 2 new loungers were delivered. Air conditioned throughout and especially effective in both bedrooms which was much needed as there was a heatwave during our stay. Car definitely desirable as 10 minute walk up from the village centre so helpful in the heat of the day and with shopping but close enough to stroll back up after a glass of wine in the harbour area restaurants, a car also allowed us to explore the area.

Negative: We could only stay for 1 week.

Positive: The view, the peaceful tranquility of location. The spaciousness of the apartment. Plenty of wardrobe space. Decor was beautiful.

Negative: For us the steep drive down from road to property was a bit of an issue.

Summary: The welcome of the hosts, cleanliness and spaciousness of villa. Of course the glorious views.
