Positive: An apartment was esthetic, clean and looked quite new. With the welcome note and Momiji Manju cookies, Hiroshima's local treat, laid down for us on a coffee table. Pillows were soft and sheets crispy clean. The apartment set up is very functional and comfortable for sitting, sleeping and cooking as well. We were a group of 3 adults and we all enjoyed staying there very much. Good WiFi connection and clear instructions for appliances written in English. Toiletries, towels, and slippers provided as well. Few minutes walk to train station and tram station as well. Grocery store, ramen dinner, cafe etc. Just down the stairs and left or right of the building. Bought delicous expresso poured over vanilla ice cream in the proximity of 2 min to the tram station, with a lovely sitting area right next to it.

Negative: On the first night it was hard to sleep because of the noise coming from one of the "party" apartments. Even though ear plugs were provided it was still too difficult to sleep. Eventually it went down around 1am. The rest of stay was quiet even though there were other apartments rented as well.
