Positive: Beautiful home, beautiful location, the mountain has a lovely shrine park and mountain trail nearby, the water running down the mountain is lovely to listen to. Wonderful place. Very kind people running it also.

Positive: The lady who greeted me (I never asked her name, sorry!!) was absolutely lovely and very helpful. Even though I arrived around 10:15 pm, she was there to give lots of helpful information. The bed was comfy and the room was very nice. The food in the restaurant was also delicious! Aside from the guesthouse, the neighbourhood was wonderful. It felt so nice and quiet, and the nearby Mitaki-dera was beautiful! I started my first morning with a walk around the temple and then a hike up to the top of Sokayama, which had a beautiful viewpoint.

Negative: Nothing really.

Summary: Great stay and a lovely host.

Positive: This establishment is the reflection of the hosts, welcoming, warm and makes you feel like home. This guest house perfectly mixes the traditional Japanese style with modern utilities that the guest would still like to have during their stay. Very well connected to the train station and a bus station. The hosts are wonderful and accommodating. Also, they manage a restaurant part of the establishment. To summarize it, just book it and you will be happy with your stay.

Positive: The host was very nice, friendly and attentive. The location is a bit out of the centre but in a beautiful area. The place is beautiful, very quiet, bed very spacious, with bathroom for the room. The place is really clean. There is also a restaurant with a very nice setting, delicious and cheap food. Very convenient. Bonus: you can hear the sound of the river from your bed (if you have the front room).

Negative: Everything was amazing.

Positive: The place is amazing. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. The ammenities and the room were amazing and I had the best sleep of my trip so far. The area is beautiful and quiet. Just go there and see for yourself. Wish I stayed longer!
