Summary: Condo is located just steps from the beach. Perfect location to walk right out the door and onto the sand. This was our first trip to Surfside Beach and it was a nice break from the normal chaotic beach scene (other than the 4th of July!).

Summary: There were some issues with the property including smoke alarms and communication with the property manager was very slow. A promise to get them fixed in a specific time frame turned out not to be true. The location can’t be beat and I hope the property manager deals with our concerns. I am hopeful they will.

Summary: All of us enjoyed the location and size of the Condominium.It was large enough and had two full sized bathrooms. We will definitely return and recommend this unit to anyone that wants to stay just on the other side of the dunes from the beach.

Summary: Not quite what we expected but for our short stay it was "a place to stay". The company was very generous in allowing us to check in early. Otherwise, we were unaware of the water sulfur smells in the shower/ sink and throughout. Probably just the area.. Also the moldy smells throughout the house were quite strong. Like i said it was a place to stay to see family. Also the dishwasher and the toilet isn't functioning properly which was relayed to the company.
