Positive: The position of the hotel is lovely. View os the forest, sea, mountains etc. Very nice to laze in the infinity pool and gaze out at the scenery. The food was also very nice and very reasonable. I did a few day trips to the temples, Menjangan Island and the forest/jungle. All very nice. There is a nice strip of beach a short walk away which made for another lovely day.

Negative: I didn't like that as a single person I had to pay more for all of the tours. However, unfortunately that seems to be the same the world over. Without a car you are pretty much stuck (unless you do a tour or are here for the diving) so you might not want to book weeks at a time!

Summary: I had a very nice time. The staff were beyond helpful and very pleasant and polite.

Positive: A facility integrated into nature which combines modern, local design with natural materials (wood, stone) and biophilic elements, creating a visual and sensory harmony with the landscape, using large windows, green walls and a fluid transition between indoors and outdoors, had maximum relaxation and connection with the environment. Made with quality. A rare location, diving, snorkeling, nearby intreresting places, we had owner guidance for. Restaurant has not only nice staff, but rich and tasty food, rich drinks collection. Bed very comfortable. Enjoyed a clean swimming pool. Activities arrangements done easy at reception, followed staff advises. We spend only 3 days here, but we should take much more...

Positive: Everything about this place screams attention to detail! The staff are so caring and friendly, the rooms have all their own special touch, everything is well thought out. I stayed in the Kura Kura room 07 and I couldn't get enough of the window seat! The hot spring jacuzzi was amazing. I had a look at the other rooms and each one has its own charm. The garden rooms for those who love privacy, the bay rooms for those who want to wake up with a view, the suites for that extra sense of luxury... And their dive center will take you to the best spots for snorkeling and diving!

Negative: I honestly can't think of anything. I'm looking forward to coming back here and forgetting about the world for a few days!

Positive: Beautiful location right on the Bay. The staff were so lovely, you could see they were proud to work at such a beautiful resort. The pool was the nicest I've ever been in and we often had it to ourselves. I particularly loved the outdoor bathroom and the garden view from the toilet. Watched little blue and yellow birds sing and play every morning.

Negative: I was really disappointed with the restaurant. If only the food was better then it would have been 10/10. The resort is a bit remote too but I'd the food was better then this wouldn't have been a problem.

Positive: Clean and comfortable room, quiet and well kept grounds. Wide selection of food choices. The in-house dive centre is convenient for organising dives in nearby Menjangan Island.

Negative: The outdoor bathroom/toilet is typical Balinese but needs upgrading.
