Positive: This was our fourth visit and, as always, it was amazing. Leaving is never easy – the hot springs are such a treat, the pools are absolutely stunning, the gardens beautifully maintained, and the view from the restaurant is just breathtaking. We love the patio rooms – they’re set in private, peaceful locations that make the stay feel even more special. It’s such a relaxing, rejuvenating place – we always feel refreshed after a stay here. Plus, it’s conveniently close to a great diving spot, which is a big bonus for us. We absolutely love it and will keep coming back time and time again.

Positive: There are so many areas to relax, walk, exercise, swim and just enjoy!!! Staff are amazing, food was amazing and the facilities are among the best we have seen in Bali!

Negative: Nothing! Honestly it was wonderful

Positive: Spacious natural set up with many beautiful corners and lots of activities, dive shop on the property and enjoyable walks. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Restaurant is located in a lovely bay with beautiful views. Saw monkeys, lizards, butterflies, frogs, close to natural park. Natural hot springs were another additional bonus. Staying with a group and we really enjoyed yoga shala, shuttles to the beach, tasty breakfast and dinners. Special attention from Ms. Suandeni who was extremely helpful and supportive to group’s demands, Mr. Anto, Paju and other great team members.

Negative: Service in the restaurant was slow sometimes, but they really tried and that was the most important for us.

Positive: Resort is beautiful. Pools and massage at the spa amazing. Staff friendly. Room with hot pool also nice.

Negative: Food at sunset restaurant is awful, doesn't have much flavour. Very limited vegetarian options too. Staff is slow , we had multiple misunderstandings in English. National Park "trek" was a joke - the "jungle walk" was next to the road, littered with rubbish and overpriced. Snorkeling at Menjangan island was beautiful but again swimming through so much rubbish! Booking the snorkeling tour feels like a tourist trap. Boat driver/ guide didn't communicate well, also pulled a turtle away from the reef and it swam away. More education around nature conservation needed here.

Positive: The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. There are several pools at different temperatures and the views are amazing. We visited early May so most of the time we had the place for ourselves. The views from the harbor are amazing and our Patio room was very comfortable. The staff was very kind. We have used their bikes for free to go to the beach nearby which is very beautiful and appears to be used mostly by locals.

Negative: The only thing that can be improved is the good quality on the restaurant after travelling in Indonesia for 3 weeks it felt below average. They also allow table reservations for breakfast but do not cancel the reservation is the guests do not show up. One day there were 3 tables on the deck but all reserved. We had decided to seat outside and were soon under the sun which was uncomfortable. After 40min when we finished our breakfast only one of the reserved table was being used…
