Positive: Staff is AMAZING. Ida & Suta helped us plan daily activities. Food is delicious. The room is clean, cool & comfortable. The water is hot. Coffee, tea & water are included. Komang is a wonderful driver. I Jen volcano hike is a once in a lifetime experience. After 7 days we didn’t want to leave. Be sure to get a 90 minute massage, go hiking, birdwatching, soak in the hot springs.

Positive: This was a fantastic place to stay!! The people were lovely and helped me organise a trip to snorkel at Menganjan island. Everything was clean and organised. The room was large and the Aircon was wonderful. The bed was comfy and the room smelled nice. The shower and toilet were outside which is unusual but were really nicely kept and enclosed.

Negative: The only slightly annoying thing was there were chickens going crazy all night which woke me up a couple of times. But that's nature so completely fine!!!

Summary: Wonderful place to stay to visit Menganjan island

Positive: From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The lovely family and staff, who run this boutique hotel are very welcoming. The breakfast is included and it was always delicious. The owner was able to arrange a snorkeling trip, motorbike rental, and a transfer to Sanur for us, and so much more.

Positive: The host family was amazing. They scheduled all the activities for us, snorkeling, massage, laundry, etc. It made everything so easy. Even the neighbor was having a wedding, and so there was music early and late. Even though it was not our hostess’s fault, she still apologized and even got us earplugs. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. We were so happy with our stay.

Summary: Cozy cabins (with AC!), wonderful family. Overall amazing experience!

Positive: Everything was great! Ida was the absolute best host anyone could ever ask for - her and the family were so kind, polite and ready to assist with whatever might be needed. They made us feel so welcome and right at home for our entire stay. The food was really really good, the room was clean and comfy and there were plenty of activities in the area, we especially enjoyed snorkeling around Menjangan and the biorock at Pemuteran. Walking around in the village was very enjoyable and everyone greeted us with a smile. I highly recommend staying at Maha Nusa with Ida the amazing superhost!

Positive: Such a nice place with sweet family. We enjoyed a lot our stay, very nice rooms, clean and with everything you need. The attention given by the staff is so well appreciated. They can arrange activities like snorkeling close by and also driver. Komang was a very nice driver too. Thanks Ida and family for everything, our son was so happy to play with yours 🥰

Positive: Ida, her husband and the staff were an absolute delight, always ahead of our needs offering great hospitality. We were served unexpectedly our favourite dessert, Pisang goreng (famous fried banana). A place to stay!!!
