Positive: Hosts were great to work with, home was clean and comfortable, location was close to things we wanted to do. Tame(ish) deer right outside was a fun bonus!!

Negative: Had to get Zelle to make payment. Not a big deal, but change is hard. :)

Summary: Perfect for our family, great location and excellent communication with hosts.

Positive: I loved everything about this place! The walkway to the house was stunning, the patio was cute, and inside was beautiful! The surrounding nature was also lovely, we had the pleasure of observing plenty of squirrels through the living room window. They seem to enjoy the big rocks on the other side of the patio rail.

Negative: The only thing I can really think of is the master bathroom faucet. The water splashes and gets everywhere.

Summary: Would stay again!!!

Positive: Great location (near town, but was perfect on the road out to ski as well). Clean, comfortable, easy to navigate everything in the house. The owners are helpful and thoughtful in providing any assistance needed.

Summary: Peaceful and fun trip. Happy we found this great place.

Positive: Being able to enter the property with a code...it made entry very easy. The accommodations were very comfortable and inviting. The area was quite and there was a [air of bluebirds that I loved watching throughout the day. The chipmunks were so cute and fun to watch. We liked being so close to the mountains as we could ride around and see other wildlife like deer and elk. The temperature of the home was just right and all the appliances worked well. We felt right at home while staying there.

Negative: The sidewalk entrance to the property has a very steep incline, it only has a handrail on one side which was a bit flimsy and you get splinters in your hands when holding on to it. It would be better if there were 2 handrails made from a metal material rather than wood. It would be better if the sidewalk entry way was tiered to prevent falls and to reduce the incline when entering the property. The carpet in the living room needs to be tacked down. I kept tripping on the corner of it. The light in the master bathroom needs to be fixed. Sometimes it would turn on brightly and then sometimes it was very dim and no matter how many times I turned it on and off, it remained dimmed. Also, the refrigerator needs to be propped up on the right side as the flooring is not level and every time you open the refrigerator, the door swings open and hits the counter top.

Summary: Our stay at this property was very comfortable and pleasing. Enjoyed the small wildlife.
