Positive: This house is spacious and beautiful. Was looking forward to a great time with family and pets, and this house was the perfect size. The yard was full of fresh snow to keep us busy all day long. The view from the living room with the windows is great, and with the fireplace going, it was exactly what we needed. Staff was accessible and responsive. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed the coffee machine and the TV areas. This really felt like home with comfy throws and couches.

Positive: The home easily accommodated the six of us in terms of beds, dining table, and kitchen. There were two distinct entertainment areas (living room/den) with doors that you could close between them to accommodate different activities; each had its own tv. There was a dog run off of the kitchen so dogs did not have to always be on a leash. Other things that made it an exceptional value for Flagstaff were the two-car garage, the air conditioning, the appliances (including extras like the Keurig, blender, air fryer), and the surrounding pines. Also, we had one small issue (from the previous guests) that the property owners addressed immediately. The owners were welcoming when we arrived and continued to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Negative: The driveway is very steep so our sedan had difficulty getting out of the driveway without scraping the mufflers (unfortunately, there is no street parking). Vehicles like our SUV had no trouble. The bathrooms were new and clean. However, they were extremely small and accommodating six people was a challenge.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay - it is the first place we will check availability for our next visit.

Positive: This property was a great place to stay with family. The house was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and there were many family games to play. We arrived a little early and the property owners allowed us to check in early. If ever in Arizona again I would definitely stay here again!
