Positive: The breakfast was reasonably priced and very good. The staff was very professional and helpful. The location is very convenient to the train station, restaurants, with a 7-11 within a short walk.

Negative: It would have been nice to have a small bedside lamp available but that is a minor thing.

Summary: Overall good stay. Staff was professional & helpful. Clean, convenient to station.

Positive: The mineral pool and spa were fantastic. Very convenient location to Train Station. Other types of shopping places also.

Negative: Didnt like coffee maker down on ground floor when I was 5 floors up. Couldn't work the microwave, no English instructions.

Positive: Clean, spacious, friendly, easy to check in and great range of amenities. Convenient to the station. Already planning to stay again.

Negative: I didn't realise when we booked that there is one onsen that switches between mens and womens use in turn by time. We arrived around 8 and the next women's time wasn't until 10:30 and we sleep early. All good- we know for next time!
