Positive: I loved the bathroom and the toiletries that were available for my use. The morning breakfast was also a good thing too and the machine that provided coffee and soda for people to use. The staff were polite and assisted me generously when I needed their assistance.

Negative: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and there was no closet space for me to clothes. Also, they did not have any English speaking staff working at the hotel, which would have been beneficial. The breakfast menu needs to be looked over because there is a lack of English breakfast on the menu. Additionally, the movies on the TV were buffering and old. Also, there was no English or Japanese information on how to work the tv, the refrigerator, or even the toilet.
