Summary: This hotel is clean and the staff was very helpful. It’s in a culturally diverse part of town and we enjoyed walking around to see the neighborhood and eat some great food. I would recommend it!

Summary: Very disappointed with this hotel. Its layout is odd and awkward; you have to take one tiny elevator to get you to the lounge level, then another tiny elevator to your actual floor, all while dragging your luggage because there is no Bell Hop. Rooms needed maintenance and updating. Maid service left dirty towels on the floor twice!

Summary: There was false advertising on the website. Itbdoesbt have an Italian restaurant, uses plastic straws and is not wheelchair friendly as there are stairs and the smallest entrance to the lifts.
