Positive: The location was great. About a 15 minute leisure walk to the Old San Juan area. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I could not have asked for better. The kitchen was equipped for cooking and dishwashing supplies were provided. The split unit barely keeps the living space cool. A floor fan would have been useful. The corner balcony was great, however; a couple of chairs to sit in would have made it much more enjoyable . Private secure parking was definitely a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: I wish they provided a floor fan to help move the air from the bedroom, into the living room. The wonderful corner balcony did not have any chairs to sit out and watch the action.
