Positive: This place is a dream. My expectations were completely blown. The staff is incredibly attentive and accommodating. Our Game Driver was a complete rockstar, making sure he packed our preferred snacks and drinks, doing wake up calls for the morning drives, and providing so much information about the reserve and its fauna and flora. The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. They did our turn down service and thought of every single detail we might need. The food was also very good, with plenty of options to choose from. On our first night the had a barbecue, that was such a pleasant surprise, and we got to eat different grilled meats around a bonfire. The reserve itself is so beautiful too. My expectations for animal sightings were moderate, since I know that’s just luck, but we saw 4 out of the big 5 plus A LOT more. 1000/10
