Positive: The apartment is spatious, well maintained, equiped with everything required for a selfcatering vacation and clean. However, it and everything in it are old (seems like from the 80's or 90's at the best). A car is mandatory for groceryshopping or going to the beaches.

Negative: Nafsika's House is not a house but a top floor apartment in the house with a separate entrance. It does not have a direct access to the yard/garden as implied by the photo. The terrace is quite narrow with a really short fence, so it is not safe for children (mine were age 7 and 5). Since there is no A/C in the livingroom, it is almost impossible to cool it. The access to the house is very difficult either by car (although it has a so called "parking space") or on foot. It is noisy at night because of the cars and motorbikes passing through the street just beneath the house. The WiFi was poor. We did not have any contact with the owner, apart from paying him the rent. Instead we communicated with his cousin, who was OK, but did not bother to dedicate much time to us since we were not her guests. The apartment is not worth the money. We were first told that we could have a late check out since our ferry was delayed, and the night before departure we were informed that we had to move out as stated, at 10 30 AM.
