Positive: The suites are located about 5 minutes drive from Patitiri above a pretty bay at Votsi. Supermarket and restaurant close by.

Negative: You need to hire a car or motor bike in order to visit the attractions. The roads are narrow, windy and not in great condition.

Summary: We had a fabulous trip made better by excellent accommodation and hosts in Haroula and George.

Positive: The hosts could not have been more helpful. George (Yiorgos) picked us up from the ferry port and drove us to the apartment which was approx 8 mins away. He showed us around the apartment, explained how everything worked and presented us with bananas, grapes and nectarines and a bottle of wine. The following day he bought hand made cakes made by the local women (delish almond stars) almonds grow on the island. They also provided beach towels which they bought to us. They checked in and as we were unfortunately there during some huge storms, a national disaster, the hosts were in continual contact to ensure we were ok even though they had been affected badly. The cleaners are also real gems and are a real asset for our hosts. Haroulla and Yiorgos are super lovely hosts. If you visit, please give them a huge hug from me.

Negative: Having to go home!

Summary: Incredible hosts that are warm, considerate and caring and have made this a very comfortable home

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Aegean suites, with all amenities present to make our stay as easy as possible. The beds were very comfortable, each bedroom with its own bathroom and tv. The private parking next to the house was also very convenient. The house had a lovely terrace and a great ambience overall. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful with everything that we needed!

Positive: Exquisite apartment, perfect for 2 couples and a baby. Hosts were generous and attentive.

Negative: Needed a car, no public transport. Roads very narrow. Local beach not as beautiful as most beaches on the island.
