Positive: Great breakfast, great food from the restaurant, fantastic friendly and helpful staff. The gym was well-equipped and the rooms were comfy and quiet.
Negative: Nothing, it was all fantastic.

Positive: The room was very big and comfortable for a party of our size (2 adults, 3 children). The shower is big and very nice. The place is well cleaned and very maintained.
Negative: We had an issue with our reservation and we didn't notice we booked only for 4 people instead of 5, even though our 5th is our 5 months old baby. We felt that the evening receptionists, who have checked us in, were very understanding and sympathetic, they spoke with the manager, and we found an agreement so we could get our room. On the other hand, the morning receptionist was very hostile towards us and made feel very uncomfortable. She questioned us about our reservation in a way that made us feel like criminals. I felt so unwanted and unwelcomed. I won't return to this hotel, and I will not recommend it to anyone.
