Negative: It is essentially a dry hotel. The Sky Bar has cocktails on the menu but they don’t have any of the spirits/ingredients to make anything. They had 4 beers listed on the menu and only had one to choose from. If you’re expecting to lounge at the hotel and hang out at the sky bar just know that your only option is to drink Ha Noi beer.

Positive: The staff is very kind and helpful Nice rooms, nice pool

Negative: The Spa, I’m kindly advise you to avoid the spa, I’ve paid for one hour massage and got only 20 minutes, after trying to talk with her she agreed to give me another 20 minutes of exactly the same massage. The hotel did refund me for 1/3 of the price but the total feeling didn’t change.

Positive: it is on the main road and just adjecant to the river...a beautiful location with proper 5 star facility... we planned to stay for 3 days but extended our stay by another 2 days as it was so comfortable...the views of the mountains and river are stunning from the room...very highly recommended this property

Negative: They took 500,000 dong by credit card as a deposit. The day after I came for a refund - First they said that there's a problem with my card then they said there's a problem with the bank and after I got angry they asked me to fill a form with all of my and my account details . and send it to them later on. I let go. And I truly hope that they will lose a lot of money this year. They deserve it.

Positive: We celebrated is style here! We had the whole place to ourselves, it felt like! The pool is enormous and the room could've fit several families comfortably. The staff were so helpful and answered all our questions, and immediately responded when we couldn't figure out how to work the a/c! We asked to rent motorbikes, and they had 2 BRAND NEW (which is so rare) bikes waiting out f ont for us in an hour!

Negative: We decided to eat at the restaurant... And unfortunately, they didn't have what either of us tried to order, but was still ok. Buffet breakfast was typical.
