Summary: Room was newly renovated, had AC and was close to restaurants, store and gas station. Free breakfast was added bonus.

Summary: I had a wonderful stay here! Between the convenient location to the park bus shuttles, a grocery market, the visitor's center, then a hot breakfast each morning, steam room, and hot tub it was well worth the price. Please note that the main building I stayed in did not have an elevator so you may want to confirm your floor if you have mobility issues.

Summary: In general it was pleasant experience but the breakfast was disappointing. We were waiting for clean plates and in overall, considering the price, the food selection was quite limited

Summary: Great room and hot tub and steam room was a good addition. Breakfast room was small but we managed to get seated and selection was good. Sofa bed was made up on arrival as requested. No restaurant on site but reception was very helpful pointing out options locally.

Summary: The staff were super helpful when we returned from a full parking lot at Lake Louise at 6:30am. Gave us the local bus info, new room keys and let us keep our vehicle parked at the hotel. The room was spacious and bathroom was beautiful. I thought I booked 2 queens but it was a king and we did not want to risk trading for another room. Note that you need to plan for a dinner out, the closest restaurant was lacking. Overall great experience!

Summary: Breakfast option is not good for vegetarian people. During 3 day stay same menu. I have used my wife's credit card for payment on this hotel and that information has been compromised for around $942/- . This hotel should investigate issue.

Summary: A little disappointed to find room did not have AC, however fan was provided that was sufficient for the conditions. Hot tub and steam room were great. Excellent breakfast.
