Negative: Noisy people above and next door.

Positive: Great location in Lake Louise village. We had intended to stay at the Fairmont, but by the time we went to book there was no remaining availability. This turned out to be a good thing; the Mountaineer Lodge far exceeded our expectations, in terms of quality of accommodation, and the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
