Positive: Host was extremely nice and made it easy to check in and check up on us by messaging. Cabin was extremely clean and everything was as promised. My wife and I were extremely pleased.
Negative: Refrigerator loud at start up. Startling when everything else is so serene. Wish they had an iron and ironing board. That's it.

Positive: Very cozy, and comfortable. Nice and welcoming. Staff was great. We love the room, and would have loved to stay longer. Very conviently located just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.
Negative: Light switches could have been labeled. Recieved a notification at the last minute, of possibly needing a four wheel drive vehicle to access location during colder weather months. This should be in the room description when purchasing. I didn't know this until close to check in, and do not own a 4 by 4. Parking was a bit sketchy, but I managed.
