Beautiful fully furnished, a one-bedroom cottage located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. Queen size bed in the bedroom, fold-out futon in the living room, and queen size air mattress available. Full bathroom, kitchen, and living room and completely furnished with linens, towels, dishes, cookware, silverware, etc. Fully operational kitchen with stove, refrigerator, Keurig, and toaster oven. There are even amenities and goodies in the pantry for use! It also includes television with cable/wifi and DVD player.
Fully fenced yard with outside gazebo/picnic area and bbq for your use.
Ample parking for two vehicles-- the area can also accommodate a small RV on the premises.
Close to Keough's Hot Springs and just a short drive to Mammoth Mtn. Ski Area, June Lake, Mono Lake, Yosemite, and Death Valley National Park.

Summary: Fantastic stay! The property is exactly as described and the location was great. Cooked a couple of nights and all of the necessities were available. Very comfortable and quiet. Close to loads of hiking in the Sierras and a quick drive to town. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Summary: The cottage is tucked away from hustle and bustle of the city traffic. Stayed there during a work trip and enjoyed the peaceful down time on the patio with a cup of coffee and sounds of nature all around. The cottage is very clean and comfortable, and stocked with spices you might need to cook with and plenty of coffee. Hostess was very friendly and accessible! Definitely recommend staying there.

Summary: Just as advertised, this is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage. It is a detached accessory unit and not a “house”, but provided plenty of privacy, even with the host onsite. Parking is as described, but you do need to maneuver a few gates to get to the front porch. The fenced yard with the firepit looks nice for spending time outside. The gazebo is now enclosed and is used as storage. The kitchen has everything one would need to cook meals. The Keurig in the pictures has been replaced with a coffee maker (which we prefer) with plenty of coffee in the pantry. The pantry and refrigerator both were stocked with supplies, but some of it was dated and should probably be tossed. The futon in the living room was good enough to watch some TV, but as with many futons, it’s not super comfortable as either a bed or a couch. The TV seems to have cable, but we plugged in a laptop by HDMI for streaming. The WiFi worked great. The bed was comfortable. Check in and check out are easy, and the directions for finding the place are good. The area had a country feel that we really liked. There were small ponds and streams running throughout, and the sound of the water flowing was an added surprise. Downtown Bishop was minutes away. It can be hard to find a nice, small, place like this with privacy and it was perfect for us as a couple. The host has prepared the place very well, probably one of the best we’ve seen. We really enjoyed our stay, would stay here again, and highly recommend it.

Summary: Cleanest property we've ever stayed at. We go to Mammoth 2x a yr, so that is saying something. Very nice, communicative host. Pantry was something unexpexted with all the goodies! Fire pit at night with all the stars!

Summary: This cottage is perfect for a couple wanting some peace & quiet. It has a full kitchen suitable for those wishing to cook with all the cookware & utensils you'd need. Also a toaster oven & microwave & drip coffee machine. The bed & pillows were quite comfortable. The bathroom had tons of towels, hair dryer, hair straightener, & curling iron (wow!). There seemed to be unlimited quantities of hot water and the heater was more than sufficient to keep the whole place nice & toasty. Best of all, it has a manual thermostat, so the owner isn't controlling the temperature like the last 3 places we've stayed.😊 Kim is an accommodating hostess without being underfoot at all. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had a great stay, the house is beautiful and so cozy. We came up to visit my mother in law at the care center and it was so nice to come back to a comfortable place to just relax. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Thank you Kim for being an amazing hostess. A kind and friendly host is what always makes a rental enjoyable and stress free. The home was very cozy, VERY clean, and had so many available amenities. This was by the far best place we’ve stayed in Bishop and hope to return in the future.
