Negative: When we checked in, the bathroom wasn’t clean. I was so tired the first day we checked in and we always bring our own towel so it didn’t matter. The second day I had too much going on and didn’t wanna fight with front desk, she seemed so off. But it wasn’t cleaned. I have pictures of when we checked in with times

Positive: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a good location for walking my dogs. And there was a good bakery right up the street.

Negative: The check in process was a little awkward. You have to check in at a different motel and then drive to the El Rancho. Other than that, it was fine.

Positive: This is not the ritz but it was clean and everything worked.

Negative: Had to pick up keys at another location. The AC was mounted so high on the wall I could not see labels on controls so I had to try all to get it to work.

Positive: Clean rooms, had everything you needed for a simple stay. Very quiet. Really friendly staff. I accidentally left something of value in the room and they so kindly mailed it to me.
