Located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, this 2100 sq ft 3 story town home is a relaxing 10-minute walk- or short 2- minute drive- to restaurants, shops, gondola, ski lifts, and hiking/biking trails.
Nestled in the exclusive Woodwinds at Sierra Star Golf course on the fourth fairway, you will enjoy endless views of the mountains, greenery, and sunsets from both private patios.
Attention to detail has been heightened throughout this exquisite end-unit home, with upscale modern feel and designer upgrades at all levels.
You can enter via the custom Maple grand front entry door or the 2-car garage (with 2 additional spaces on driveway for a total of 4 included parking spaces) that offers ski and board racks, bike hooks, storage, and work bench for your use.
The downstairs area offers a full laundry room with washer and dryer, rustic chic bedroom with queen and twin log bunk beds, pre wire AV connection in wall, smart TV, full bathroom with large shower and granite counter tops , an entertainment room (including Wii console, games, AV connection, and smart TV - a kids dream!) with a queen sleeper sofa equipped with memory foam mattress, and access to the first secluded patio where you can relax after a day on the mountain soaking in the large private Jacuzzi.
The mid-level welcomes you with an open concept that includes a Chefs’ kitchen complete with SS upgraded appliances, fully appointed dishware and cooking utensils, granite counter tops and breakfast bar, heated floors, custom cabinets, and pantry. Also includes the dining area that can easily fit 10, which overlooks the second patio where you can enjoy cocktails or BBQ meals sitting around the comfortable fire pit table. The living room affords you breathtaking views of the mountain and fairway, a custom ledge stone gas fireplace, comfortable wrap around large sofas, and an Oversized Smart TV; surround sound and WIFI are available throughout the home.
Just past the full bathroom with a soaking tub and granite countertops, you’ll find 2 bedrooms included on this level. Both complete with Queen size bed, large built-in closets, Smart TVs, and more.
The third level is where you will find the primary retreat. King size bed, gorgeous views, walk-in closet with built-ins, en suite primary bathroom with custom shelving and closet, stand-alone frameless glass shower, jacuzzi tub, heated floors, and granite counter tops.

Summary: We enjoyed the stay. House was as advertised, clean, and in a great location. Kitchen was stocked well, great layout of the house for family to hang. Great to have the downstairs den for the kids to hang out. Jacuzzi was awesome and kids loved being able to play in the snow right out the back yard. Just a note for future guests, the garage is not very deep, so a suburban or larger SUV will likely not fit inside the garage. 2 spaces in driveway so no problem.

Summary: Cabin was perfect, big area for the kids to play in the snow, beds are comfortable the cabin made me feel like i was at home. No need to bring blankets, towels, kitchen was well equipped. Lots of board games and books provided by host. All you need is clothes and food. Highly recommended

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful townhome. It was spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect location, 5-minute drive from both Eagle and Canyon Lodges. Anne was so responsive in providing suggestions and tips for our first time skiing in Mammoth. She was also super proactive providing an extra microwave when the one in the home had been damaged before our arrival. I would only want to stay in Anne's home next time I'm in Mammoth.

Summary: Everything was great, minor issue with the microwave in the kitchen which was easily resolved with the spare microwave the Host has ready.Recommend this home for larger family gatherings as it has enough rooms and bathrooms.
