This beautiful, 4 bedroom + entertainment room, 3 bathroom townhome is located on the fairway of the Sierra Star golf course and minutes from the ski lifts and the Village at Mammoth. This spacious townhouse offers expansive living space across the 3 level home, including an entertainment movie room, with access to the private hot tub on the lower covered terrace. There is an outdoor dining area with gas grill on the upper covered terrace. The living area on the second floor has a gas fireplace, cozy leather seating and is a great space for family gatherings or to watch the 85” flatscreen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and gas range has all the amenities you will need to prepare meals. The dining area with ample seating allows you to host the whole family. The master suite upstairs on the 3rd level boasts a new King bed, private en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a walk-in shower, a separate jacuzzi tub and closet. With a gas fireplace, and flatscreen Smart TV, this is a gorgeous private primary suite. Included on this floor is your very own home office nook with printer. The second and third bedrooms on the main living area are perfect guest bedrooms both featuring a King bed, flatscreen TV with Apple TV and a shared hall full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The fourth bedroom on the lower level is perfect for the kids with two sets of Twin bunk beds providing sleeping for 4, and an additional twin sofa-bed in the adjacent entertainment room. The full bath on this lower level has a walk-in shower. These amenities create the perfect floor for the kids to hang out and enjoy the large flatscreen TV with Cable, Apple TV and DVD Player and a comfortable large leather sofa. This room is stocked with games and also comes with a WII console with a variety of choices. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a private washer/dryer in the laundry room, free wireless internet, a portable pack n play and high chair, making travel easier for families. There is a private 1 car garage (garage clearance 7' 7"), with an entrance to the lower level of the unit. The private driveway can accommodate 3 additional vehicles, providing plenty of parking for family and guests. The unit does not allow pets, is non-smoking both in and around the property and sleeps a maximum of 11 people. The Woodwinds community is nestled in the forest surrounding the Sierra Star Golf Course, but just a short drive to Eagle or Canyon Lodge or the Village. Summary: Great place for couples to have their own space and privacy while still sharing with others. Heated floors were nice once we figured out how to use them and garage was nice for getting out of snow gear. Not many pantry items in kitchen, so would've brought seasoning, oils, etc. if we no, otherwise all good.

Summary: Perfect location. Comfortable for 3 small families.Bottom bedroom was very cold. Needed area heater. A few additional towels would have been nice.Management company responded quickly to any questions.

Summary: Everything was as advertised but the grill was a filthy mess when we went to use it and we spent a good deal of time cleaning it for use. The spa was not locked down when we used it for the first time. Pollen everywhere was an issue but we could not find things to dust it with. The worst part of the experience is that there is NO kitchen storage for unrefrigerated foodstuffs such as canned goods, chips, fruit, etc so a week's worth of such items were strewn everywhere, making the clutter a nuisance. Last, we could not figure out the air conditioning system, think it must not have been working. The place was spacious and nicely located with ease of access. The beds were quite comfortable, but bedroom storage was sparse. A nice, big dining table was a plus for our group for dining and playing games.

Summary: everything was easy peasy. Great rental agency in charge were great and answered all kinds of questions. Half of our group were from South Africa snd were blown away with all the amenities, usage of a health club was one of the best. I would rent from this company- Mammoth reality company. Home owners were smart yo choose an excellent company to handle the rental. We want to stay here again in winter b/c our summer experience was off the charts!!!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house and amenities, one significant issue was no cold water in downstairs sink (shut off), coffee maker crafe isn’t original and doesn’t work without putting something under it to lift it. House needs instructions for some appliances including coffee maker, microwave and spa. Overall GREAT house prefect for 4 couples or larger family. We would definitely rent again.
