Positive: This was an exceptional location… it allowed the party of 18 to all have something to do despite the variety of ages and interests. Close to Kilkenny but yet quiet.

Positive: The location, the rooms and the staff were all very friendly and extremely warm and welcoming.
Negative: In the swimming pool area in the little "cove" there is a considerable amount of mould present. Given the high standard of the hotel, it was very off-putting to be honest. This means that nobody is going in there and checking on the condition of the roof. Or if they are, they're ignoring the problem which is even more concerning. Overall, I think the wellness space should be much larger given the amount of rooms at the property. Around the pool area there are hardly any seating areas, possibly 10-12 chairs which in my opinion is simply not enough. And given the space available on the estate, I'm not sure why this hasn't been expanded or reconfigured to offer more space for the guests.
