Summary: Newly refurbished and very pleasant. A few missteps mar the experience. The water in the bathroom is either cold or scalding hot. The may have saved a few dollars of thermostatic showers - the ones present are a shocker. After much fiddling you can just obtain something in between scalding and cold - just don’t let anyone use the sink or the toilet as if they do, you risk serious burns. I’m surprised they got insurance… They do provide a kettle, sadly the outlet in the sink won’t accommodate filling the kettle, so you’ll be back in the dangerous shower. These two issues aside, a pleasant stay.

Summary: Like .. Clean, tidy, up to date fittings, convenient Dislikes .. Having to go elsewhere to get keys for door because we arrived about 5.00pm . Reception should be open to at least 6.00 . Should provide extra blanket, esp in winter . Had to go offsite to get one

Summary: We checked in late. Heater and lights were on. Excellence Key was easy to find Great communication via email Well appointed suite Small drawback was the king size bed was two beds pushed together When we met in the middle it was uncomfortable In saying that our stay was excellent Highly recommended Also highly recommend the hotel food across the road
