Instantly calming and linked via an extravagantly wide sky-lit hallway, the interiors are contemporary and coastal with layers of earthy natural textures, crisp white walls and shiplap timber mixed with sleek concrete and tumbled brass. The repetition of colour and finishes makes every space, including the studio, feel cohesive.
The result is the relaxed vibe of a bespoke holiday house with all the functional details of a design-led home.
At its heart, an expansive open-plan living and dining zone features floor-to-ceiling double glazing to the north and east providing a direct connection to the outdoor entertaining areas and self-cleaning solar heated swimming pool. A sleek suspended fireplace, floating concrete shelving and a stunning north-facing window seat overlooking the pool, with concealed storage below, add minimalist perfection to the space.
The kitchen is state-of-the-art and circulates around a long island bench with a custom concrete benchtop. Summary: My family and friends struggled to find accomodation as we had a wedding to attend to in flinders. BJ was one of the few hosts that let us stay at his beautiful home which was perfectly suited for our occasion. The house on arrival was spotless and had great amenities.Would highly recommend to anyone.

Summary: We stayed over 3 nights in this property and enjoyed every moment of it. The owner is very generous. There are high quality & top brand furniture & appliances all around the house + luxury products to be used. House was quite clean, spacious and enjoyable.
