Positive: Such a great holiday home and we loved staying there, even if it was only a short stay. we loved the real open fire and the fire wood. This house is so well stocked and well equipped, it was just perfect.

Negative: Compared to usual booking.com bookings, it seems more complicated to book a holiday home vs a hotel which we usually book. There were quite a lot of emails, calls and SMSs from the local agent, which is fair enough, but I was just thinking that it was quite administration heavy compared to when I usually book accomm via booking.com. Then again, this is a substantial home and I cant blame the landlord wanting to make sure no dodgy people stay there. It was such as game we couldn't stay longer ;-( we would love to book this place for a longer stay
