Positive: The location was a plus. Less than 15 minutes from Holiday World. A couple of restaurants right next door. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help with an unconventional and unexpected issue. The room was clean and temp was ready to receive guests.

Negative: The halls and grounds could have been a bit more looked after.

Negative: The property had recently changed ownership and the new ones were in for like two weeks. The AC was on and off but we got switched to a different room and it was better. Rooms were hot but being delt with

Positive: The owner went above and beyond to fix an issue with my reservation through booking.com. She was very pleasant to deal with. The room was clean, everything worked as it should, and the beds were also comfortable.

Negative: The location made me feel uneasy since I was traveling alone with kids. Other than that, I really had no complaints about our stay. I only stayed 2 nights since we were only in town for a softball tournament. Probably wouldn't be my first choice if I was booking for vacation (again, it was the location, not the motel itself). But it was a clean room to sleep in while we were in town.
